These guys are in a local Publix plaza and have to "compete" with our local ubiquitous supermarket and their in store Chinese but there is no competition. I am a fan of their chicken wings and Chinese barbecue ribs. These are not meat fall off the bone ribs, you have to be willing to sort of gnaw the meat off the bone but that works for me. They have an extensive menu but I tend to stay with the staples and have always been satisfied. The portions are good sized for the money. Like many smaller places they made a few changes. At one time if you bought a special lunch or dinner package, you got to pick a free soda but those days are gone.

Food is okay and typical. The woman who takes the orders there is rude and usually just grunts her response to you. Drive a few more miles for something better than this place.

Have passed by this convenient, dingy & dirty looking restaurant many times, but have never had the desire to give them a try until today, because New York Chinese was closed due to a gas outage and I didn't feel like driving to my next choice. Big mistake! I've eaten some amazing Chinese food at less than inviting places, but I've never had Chinese food this bad, not even at Shanghai Charlie's. I don't know know how one would even go about making such low quality food, it can't be an accident, you have to work hard to be this bad! They don't even know how to make Fried Rice and don't offer fresh mustard & duck sauce for what they call Egg Rolls. Actually, though they were nothing like normal, crispy fried Egg Rolls, I did like the soggy pancake, and might have loved it with fresh mustard & duck sauce. In their defense, they've been there a long time, so either the owners are independently wealthy and never bother to check in, or some people actually like them. Your call, but if you're serving company, you'll thank me, by waiting to eat alone before trying Gold China.

Horrible restaurant! Greasy, bad tasting and small portions for the money! Worse than airport food! Be ware!

Excellent house special fried rice. Hard working owners translate their passion into their food. Consistent quality Chinese cuisine. Brings you back to the good old days where a neighborhood restaurant meant something.
